During our manicures and pedicures we use Paraffin wax, which is applied as a warm treatment once it dries it is peeled off the skin. The Paraffin Wax removes all the grease and dirt from your hands and feet leaving them moisturised and feeling silky soft.

HAIR EXTENSIONS
We offer a free consultation prior to the fitting of the extensions so that we can determine the correct colour and length that will be suitable for your hair type. The method we use is commonly know as Shrinkies, these are small plastic tubes that are looped onto the natural hair. Then using a heat clamp to shrink the tubes which then tighten onto the natural hair. No glue is used in this method which stops the damaged that bonded extensions can cause. Here at Butterfly effect we onlyuse High Quality 100% Human Hair.

Once the Extensions are fitted we will go through with you the aftercare process so that you get the very best out of your New Hair. An aftercare leaflet will also be provided for you to take home. You will also be required to sign a form to say that you have understood the Aftercare process.
REFUND POLICY
We do ask that you give your extensions 2 weeks to settle in, but if for any reason you have any problems with the Fitting of the Hair and you have followed the Aftercare Leaflet closely then we will be more than happy to Remove the Hair and give you a Refund, for the time not the cost of the hair. If for any reason you have not followed the care advise given then a refund will not be supplied but we can remove the hair free of Charge. If hair has been tampered with then no refund shall be given- i.e removed yourself as this has to be professionally done.
